Like most people, I've certainly had poor experiences with dealership service departments, and so I've always been pleasantly surprised by the courteous and professional behavior of the Herb Chambers service staff. Despite the challenge of working during a pandemic, Jody, the service specialist I worked with, delivered just as great of an experience as I've had during my prior visits. Additionally, the other staff I interacted with were diligent in disinfecting both my car and the surfaces I might have to touch in the service center. Overall just really exceptional service. More
