Preparations for Winter Home Trip Excellent job, Randy, as is his character, did a great job on my behalf. My wife and I will be traveling to our Winter home in Alabama and staying for the next 5 months. I come in for a sticker since my current sticker requires a January inspection and a comprehensive safety check of my Honda Pilot since I will be driving about 5,000 miles over the 5 month period. Randy noticed my oil change reminder was at30% and suggested I also get an oil change, But the big saving was the cost of a new tire (about $260 all together), since a big gouge was found on a tire. I have tire and rim warranty. Randy called the warranty company and convinced them to pay for the tire, balancing, etc. Randy taking the extra step was much appreciated, More

He was professional, knowledgeable and had genuine personality. He was great! When I went back to buy the car the whole team there answered all my questions and concerns without hesitation.
