The actual time of the service period was exactly the amount of time they said. I had to wait an extra hour due to unexpected brake work. Matt spoke with the service men and told me about my car (mice in the air filter), and explained the brake work in a way I could understand. The online booking was helpful. Overall, I appreciate coming in for regular service to avoid breakdowns. I would rate the experience as highly satisfactory. I appreciated the demeanor and knowledge of the Matt the service attendant. More

Car check I was given a ride back to my house and picked up for the car. I came in for a flat tire and needed oil change, and car checked for fluids, hoses bra I was given a ride back to my house and picked up for the car. I came in for a flat tire and needed oil change, and car checked for fluids, hoses brakes etc. ended up needing brakes and 4 new tires ending up costing me more money that I anticipated but I was happy with the service.
