Honda wheel bearing repair I was met by Abby Hermanson at the service area. She did a very thorough job trying to find out what was wrong with out car. I wasn't really sure. The tech came back with the bearing problem relatively fast. The work was done the next day in a reasonable time and we are satisfied with the car. My daughter seems to be happy with it. More
Quick In and Out I arrived just before 7 am. I was first in line. My service writer was Matt. He pulled up my file. I had scheduled an oil change as well as a tire rot I arrived just before 7 am. I was first in line. My service writer was Matt. He pulled up my file. I had scheduled an oil change as well as a tire rotation. They took my car right into the service area. He told me it would take about an hour. After 45 minutes he told me my car was ready. He explained all that was done and told me everything was in good working order. He took me over to the cashier where I paid my bill. My car was waiting for me ready to go. Very good experience as always. This is my 4th car from this dealership. Very happy!!! More

I wanted to trade in a lease vehicle I had - and buy a certified used car. I opted for a 15 Honda Pilot and was told it was a touring and had everything I was looking for. I left a deposit, and the next day I got a call saying they had made a mistake on the price and it was actually $2000 more than the price I agreed to pay. I said no thanks. After coming back to me several times trying to get me to pay more they gave me the car for the original price I agreed to pay. When I went to pick up the car - it was not the one I had been told. It was a base model, not the touring, and had none of the features I wanted. And it had not been detailed properly. It was dirty inside. I refused to take off the lot. So then they found me a car that was actually what I was looking for - but it was $4000 more. We negotiated a new price based on it having lower miles, etc. and I agreed to pick it up on a Friday and told them it had to be registered and ready to go, as I was leaving on a business trip for 3 weeks. Friday rolls around, I go to pick up the car, and it's not registered and inspected. Mike A. assures me that he will take care of while I'm gone - pick it up at my house - re-detail it, fill up the tank, register, etc. Well I'm 2 weeks into my business trip abroad, and get a call from my insurance company saying the car has not been registered. Shocking - they never came to do it. Take your business elsewhere. Now I have to fight with another "Sales Manager" - to get my car done before I get home. Ridiculous. This is the 6th car I have purchased from them - and I will never, ever, ever, purchase another - they deserve zero stars. More

We were greeted warmly and efficiently and was told it would be about an hour. Herb Chambers has a very nice comfortable waiting area with good coffee and snacks available. Within an hour, my service associate came up to me and said that I was all set. Handed me my paperwork and keys and showed me to my car, which had been freshly washed....a VERY nice touch indeed. Great service, friendly staff....would highly recommend! More

The Consummate Salesman David Yang is the greatest! He is so in tune with his customers, he anticipated and addressed all of my concerns and questions with aplomb. Initially, David Yang is the greatest! He is so in tune with his customers, he anticipated and addressed all of my concerns and questions with aplomb. Initially, I told David I was on a fact finding mission and had NO interest in buying a new car. At the end of a lengthy visit, I left with all that I wanted to know and more. He respected my decision, gave me his card and wished me well. When I returned the next day, David walked me through the process and I am now the proud owner of a 2017 CRV-EX with so many safety features, I feel like all I need to do is steer. WOW, what a nice experience with a truly knowledgeable gentleman! More
