Perkins was the worst salesman. Disinterested in helping us. Tried give us $5,000 less for our trade in so we’d have to pay more out of pocket. Kept saying there was only 2 CR-V in stock when the website sh us. Tried give us $5,000 less for our trade in so we’d have to pay more out of pocket. Kept saying there was only 2 CR-V in stock when the website showed at least 9. He was just trying to sell us the more expensive model. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership or salesman to anyone! This is the last time we will ever lease a Honda! When the car was ready the next day he faxed the wrong agency for my car and kept lying to us saying the car would be ready in 45 minutes when it too until 5 pm for it to be ready! Perkins should not be employed for Honda or any other dealership! Worst experience ever! More
I have a leased vehicle from this dealership. I needed a tire replaced from a puncture. I wanted it done quickly. I decided to go to the dealership instead of a local tire place because I was assured by the tire replaced from a puncture. I wanted it done quickly. I decided to go to the dealership instead of a local tire place because I was assured by the person I spoke with at Herb Chambers that the service manager would personally drive me back and forth to my office that is less than 5 miles from the service center. Once I arrived, the service manager was nowhere to be found and I was told that I could wait for their shuttle. After an hour waiting, I was told it would be faster if I just waited for the work to be completed. So the “quick drop off and pick up” for a simple tire replacement cost me 3 hours of my workday! Horrible training. Making offers that you have no intention or ability to deliver is the WORST kind of service failure! More
