Usually pleased, but now questioning their competence. They even tried to tell me I had to come back to them for the missing safety check sticker for my car. I’m so disappointed, even though they finally sent someone to pick up my car and do a safety check they said they just somehow forgot to do, but evidently told the service department office that it was done and passed somehow. I do appreciate the young man who said he volunteered to come for my car when he learned that I am 85, and somewhat disabled at the moment. I was also told that it was time to do some costly work on my car, but now I don’t know if I should trust them. More

This service department here us my go to place to service my Hondas! Called to schedule service to replace the brake pads on my Pilot and they were able to schedule me an early appointment the next day. Ch my Hondas! The service department gets a a lot of cars to work on so its best to get the earliest appointment. More

Dalton, the Service Manager, has bee They always go above and beyond for my dad—whether he stops by in person or just calls in with a quick question. Dalton, the Service Manager, has been with them for a long time, and it’s easy to see why: he’s simply the best. He’s incredibly patient, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about his customers. He always takes the time to make sure my dad fully understands what’s needed before leaving. I recently came home to Hawai‘i to visit my dad (I come every couple of months), and during this trip, we took his car in to have the A/C fixed. I had heard so much about “Dalton” over the years, and this time I finally got to meet him in person—and he lived up to every word of praise! We also had a great experience with T, our shuttle driver. He drove safely, played awesome Hawaiian music, and chatted with my dad the entire ride—such a nice guy. The lady who picked us up later was just as friendly and helpful. Both made us feel so comfortable and well cared for. Honda Windward always takes amazing care of my dad—and puts up with him too ;) !!!! Mahalo to the whole team for their patience, kindness, and top-tier service. More
