Had my Honda Accord serviced in Jun ‘21 according to Honda service instructions. Asked for AC service too and provided a Honda coupon for the AC service ($79). Noted that the AC was cool, but bot cold, Honda service instructions. Asked for AC service too and provided a Honda coupon for the AC service ($79). Noted that the AC was cool, but bot cold, and called Honda Windward today to schedule a follow up appointment. Explained what happened to Ann in Service. She said I originally asked for engine coolant setvice, there’s no coupon for that and engine coolant is different than AC coolant.” Then she cut off my reply and put me on hold. ANN IS VERY RUDE Doug picked up and couldn’t find me in their system although I bought the car there and have had it serviced there regularly. When he eventually found me (he told me how to spell my last name!), Long story short I scheduled an appointment for next week and told Doug that I expected credit for work that wasn’t required (engine coolant service) and credit for the AC service coupon that I provided in June. More
