I purchased a 2016 Dodge Caravan SXT on June 29th by far the worst buying experience I’ve ever encountered. from this dealer DON’T, I repeat DO NOT! I purchased a 2016 Dodge Caravan SXT on June 29th by far the worst buying experience I’ve ever encountered. I’ve served in the Army for 22 years and have purchased vehicles from countless dealers but this was the worst! Normally once you approved for financing the dealership gets the car cleaned and send you out the door with a smile 😃 not here! After I was approved the dealership wouldn’t release the car to me until the wire transfer was processed completely, that’s fine not what I’m accustomed to but rules are rules. After a week I come to take the vehicle and this is what it looks like on the inside, wow. The excuse I was given was “maybe someone got into the vehicle and slept in it” I can’t make this up. Fast forward 28 days later I decided to take the car through the car wash and the roof is leaking. Now it’s been over 30 days I have a expired registration and expired safety, never received from the dealership. I say again DO NOT purchase anything from this dealership. More
