Short and Sweet We came in with full intention of purchasing that day and had had a frustrating experience across town, which we relayed to John. As no-nonsense kind of people, we have little patience with the "going back and forth to the manager " baloney that salesmen typically employ. Coming in at a price a few thousand higher than our ideal number, but doing it quickly and without the baloney made our experience very good. I would recommend John Kamakana to anyone who is serious about getting a new car. He went the extra mile and got our new van cleaned up and ready for us himself, since the folks who usually do it were at lunch and we were in a hurry. Additionally, John sat with us and walked us through many of the features we hadn't even been told about at the last place. We ended up feeling like we got a great deal for the price we paid, and didn't have to spend hours and hours in childish games. Aaron Swain, the finance agent was also quick, friendly and informative. Thank you Honda Windward for employing skilled and conscientious professionals! More
