When you service a car every 6 weeks you get to know the staff well and to not enjoy them and or like them would be so stressful. Honda Windward always serves me even when I am an hour and a half late most every time, Others dealers would say you are going to have to reschedule . I come from Mililani Tech Park and sometimes it takes a few extra minutes to get out the door, you just can't run back home when driving to Kaneohe . Te staff is amazing and Dalton the service manager takes care of his customers. He always takes all the worries away when I have a mechanical issue. B Service was excellent Since my knee surgery it has been difficult for me to be mobile. The check-in accomodated me by bringing the paperwork that needed signatures to me o Since my knee surgery it has been difficult for me to be mobile. The check-in accomodated me by bringing the paperwork that needed signatures to me out on the bench fronting the service counter. The shuttle dirver was helpful and accomodating. The only recommendation I would have would be if the check-out could accomodate me if they could bring the paperwork out to the bench for signature. This may be difficult if they need to run the credit card for payment. More
