Glenn made all the difference! We kind of think of Glenn as our personal car supplier. About three years ago, he sold us our Accord V6 — a car my wife and I both loved. Then, a coup We kind of think of Glenn as our personal car supplier. About three years ago, he sold us our Accord V6 — a car my wife and I both loved. Then, a couple of weeks ago, he handled the trade-in of our Accord for a Clarity Touring. He was very helpful both in teaching us how to drive the Clarity and even delivering a couple of accessories to our house. You guys probably think Glenn works for you — but he really works for us, supplying us with cars that fit our lifestyle and pocketbook, and doing it sincerely and knowledgeably. Victor was also very helpful— guiding us through about 5,000 papers we had to sign. Also, over the last 2-3 years, Dalton took care of maintaining the Accord for us. You should be very proud of these guys, especially Glenn. They are the reason for our loyalty to Honda Windward. I’m sure we’ll be back for more. More

Our calls are handled promptly, we get appointments quickly, and work is done on time or usually faster than expected. Charges are always reasonable and explained ahead of time. I've driven nothing but Honda vehicles since 1991, so I guess you could say I'm loyal to the Honda brand. We bought our current Honda vehicle from a different local dealership and the experience was less than satisfactory. That was our mistake and we won't go back there. From now on, we'll be purchasing our Honda vehicles from Honda Windward because they've certainly earned our loyalty. More

Bad experience on the services When to Honda Windward for an oil changed and check on power steering problem (noise). They told me it will take 3 hours, but I waited for 6 hours. Went to pick up my car and saw this additional $21 for tire rotation. Can't believed they charged me for something I didn't ask for. I just bought my tires 5 months ago. I was not happy with the bill, so the guy agrees to take off from the invoice. For the power steering, I asked him what's wrong with it. He said it started to leak on the power steering. So, I asked did they fixed it? He said no, but they will see if it leak a lot next time. I waiting for 6 hours and you didn't do anything? This service is so unacceptable. More
