One played keep your key and important papers hostage, the other quoted a price but later wanted more money. Bob Laudick and Kelsea Kim at Honda Windward treated us with courtesy and respect. We got the exact car we wanted and are very satisfied. We even had help programming the car to our preferences. Since the purchase, we have had numerous contacts from Bob and the dealership telling us not to hesitate to contact them for help or if we have any questions. We feel sure that service at this dealership will be pleasant for the many years that we plan to keep the car. More
