Saved me lots of stress My 2011 Fit wouldn’t start so I had to get service from AAA. I needed a new battery but didn’t realize that the info that was programmed in all goes a My 2011 Fit wouldn’t start so I had to get service from AAA. I needed a new battery but didn’t realize that the info that was programmed in all goes away when the battery gets replaced....ugh. Not good for me since I’m not tech savvy. I tried to reprogram but got frustrated. Then I called Windward, took the car in. They reprogrammed and did my safety check. Hooray. All under 20 minutes. I’m so thankful. More

Super concerned about whether or not they would be able to squeeze in my car unannounced, if they would be able to repair, and how expensive it would be. Justin contacted me right away, advised that they would be able to address by end of day, and kept me posted once they determined the problem.
