Bo the salesman was wonderful…10/10… The manager/ finance ( 4 individuals) was absolutely the worst …..waited hours two different days w/o contact. My wife bought a honda civic here. The finance guy snuck in an expensive warranty. We told him we didn't want any and he still added it.
