disappointed Brought my Odyssey in for service because I received a coupon in the mail for a complete oil change service which included other things like: checking Brought my Odyssey in for service because I received a coupon in the mail for a complete oil change service which included other things like: checking other fluids, tires, rotating tires, car wash, etc. Sounded like a good deal. But I was disappointed when I got my car back and it had not been washed, the tires were not rotated (because "it didn't need to be rotated"), and it did not feel as if air was put into the tires (you can tell). I'm assuming the bare minimum of an oil change was done, but who knows?? It felt like a rush job. Perhaps I came in on an "off" day but I hesitate to bring my car back for servicing in the future. I just think that if you're going to offer a coupon for services, you should perform ALL of the services that are listed. Right? I hate writing bad reviews but I couldn't let this one slide. I expected more from Honda Windward. More
