I was fortunate to work with Josh (thankfully not the same Josh I had to work with in the past), who was responsive and patient. After learning my 2007 Honda CR-V required more repairs than expected, I decided it was time to purchase a new car. I never felt pressured to buy since I stepped foot in the sales area and they were aware I was contemplating another brand. Miguel in sales was knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend working with him! Kirk from delivery explained the technical/electronic features. He continues to be helpful and responsive to emails and calls answering questions that I forgot to ask. Ryan from finance never pushed me to buy unecessary insurance. He was straightforward, considered my driving habits and recommended one additional coverage (which I ended up getting from my car insurance). Overall my experience was great. A little over a week, I drove off the lot with my new 2020 CR-V and left my old suv on the lot. Honda even absorbed my invoice from the service center. Thank you. More

We visited a few different dealerships trying to find the right Hybrid car for our needs. The other dealerships had a typical dealership feel, vultures in the parking lot, finance numbers that were extremely right Hybrid car for our needs. The other dealerships had a typical dealership feel, vultures in the parking lot, finance numbers that were extremely high and unexplainable and pushy salespeople that did everything but grab you to keep you from leaving. When I visited Louisville Honda World I was nicely greeted when I entered the showroom by our salesman Andre Uchitel, he was very nice and was not your typical car salesman, he was not pushy in the slightest. Andre was patient as I test drove the Honda Accord Hybrid and the Honda Insight. There was no pressure when I told him I needed to bring my wife in to test drive them and to help make a decision on such a big purchase for our family. We came back in two days later so she could do just that, all the while being harassed by phone calls from the other dealerships. Once my wife test drove both vehicles we were given privacy to discuss what we wanted to do. We decided that the Accord Hybrid was best for the size of our family. We needed to get a certain amount for our trade in in order to make the numbers work for us. We were introduced to the manager and were very pleased with his non pushy willingness to help us find a way to get the numbers were we needed them. We were $1,000 off in getting there when the owner said it was worth taking a chance on our vehicle if it meant helping us get the car we needed. They were able to give us what we needed and we were able to make the deal. Andre and the manager were both a pleasure to work with. Once we were able to get the numbers right the wheeled over our lovely and pregnant Delivery Specialist Brook Kepfer who was a pleasure to deal with, she explained all about the features of our new Accord and even went as far as programming our selections into the vehicle while we finished up the sale. Having a Delivery Specialist is something I’ve never heard of but what a nice touch. Brook also met us at our vehicle which had been gotten ready for us and was parking in the delivery area inside, she took the time to explain all the features of the car as we were sitting in it. Brook was Amazing. We also had a great experience with our finance manager Curt Riedling, we was very kind and not pushy at all while explaining all of our extended maintenance and warranty options. We would recommend him as well. We love our Honda Accord Hybrid and will without a doubt return to Louisville Honda world when the time comes to get another vehicle. Not only did we find the Honda vehicles better in comfort, handling and overall value but our Dealership experience was second to none. If you are looking for a great vehicle and a no stress buying experience We STRONGLY suggest visiting our friends at Louisville Honda World, they were incredible. More
