It was a good experience, however it was long. I had an excellent salesperson - Lollie Reiss - who is very experienced and made my time there pleasant. She was curteous and handled everything efficiently . Also Dorothea went over everything in the new car very efficiently and was very knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and paired my phone to the new car and put in a few radio stations for me. She offered to answer any questions I might have in the future. She was excellent in her presentation of the new car. More

My Beautiful Blue CRV I can't say enough about how much Lollie helped me with the purchase of my new CRV. She knew what I needed and what I would be happy with before me. And boy was she right, I absolutely love my new Beautiful Blue CRV. Thank you Lollie. After my purchase was completed I got the opportunity to work with Kirk on getting all my technical stuff set up. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He got my smart phone paired up and set all my favorite radio stations. He set up all my preferences as far as my doors, my locks etc etc Thank you Kirk. My whole experience was great. And I was very impressed with their CDC guidelines and especially the sanitation of my CRV. More

Miguel Rodriguez was attentive no pressure, and we negotiated a deal without any back ad forth. I told him what I wanted and even though the didn't have it on the lot he found one in a week. It was perfect and the price didn't change. i have a lot of trust in him. Kirk Foster prepped the car for delivery and gave me an over view of the ins and outs. His understanding of the machine is amazing! Ii found his suggestions for settings dead on. He set the defaults of ever system and button inside to my specs. If you buy or lease find Kirk let him set up your ride, ask him questions, and listen to what he suggests. Need a car, go find Miguel and Kirk you will walk off happy. Thank you both! Ed McQ More
