Exactly What I Needed! We came to Honda World looking for a used CRV. Arthur found us available CRVs and took us around looking at them. He also encouraged us to look at other cars of similar size. We spotted a Nissan Rogue that was a model year newer than the CRV we were liking. After test driving the Rogue, we were impressed. Came back two days later to buy it. Arthur was so helpful and genuine. He never made us feel pressured and encouraged us to keep our options open until we found exactly the best fit. He took the time to make sure we were happy with our choice even when it meant driving from lot to lot in the summer heat! More
