We went and drove the two brands and both were ve When my wife and I decided to purchase a new car we had narrowed our choice down to just two brands. We went and drove the two brands and both were very close in every thing we were looking for in a new car. The choice finally came down not to just the price but who we felt were giving us the best overall deal including three years of maintenance and lifetime limited warranty. Our sales rep was Semsa Rizvic who helped us greatly in finding the right car. After the deal was finished we were helped by Dorottya Sallee-Felligi,a customer tech rep, who showed us the many features of our new Accord EX-L Hybrid and boy did we need it. There a few more people involved in our purchase, Scott, Chuck Morelli, and a couple more I cant recall their names. Thanks again to Honda World who took the fear and dread out of buying a new car. New smaller Honda I had a Honda Pilot and decided it was time to trade it in for a newer Honda. I liked the service I had received from Honda World, so knew that I wou I had a Honda Pilot and decided it was time to trade it in for a newer Honda. I liked the service I had received from Honda World, so knew that I would most likely buy another Honda. I wanted a smaller vehicle with safety features that still felt roomy and had plenty of storage. I also wanted a vehicle that would be good for transporting my grandchildren. I am pleased with my new Honda CR-V. I had selected the vehicle online and after driving it decided it was perfect for me. Slava was very informative during the test drive. The paperwork was very time consuming. I did not remember spending so much time the last time I bought a vehicle. Because I had another appointment I did not receive the instructions on all the many new options when I bought the vehicle, but Solomon was very helpful on that day and then when I was able to have instruction later in the week. I also had a hitch installed and it was more complicated then I expected but everything is good now. More

Getting away from Premium fuel. I listed what I wanted in a "Honda Fit" and there was one on the lot. One test drive later, it was mine. The staff were fantastic.
