I appreciate how they worked within my budget This is the second car I've bought here. The first was a used '02 Accord in '07, and it lasted 12 years so I figured that Honda was a good investment This is the second car I've bought here. The first was a used '02 Accord in '07, and it lasted 12 years so I figured that Honda was a good investment now that I'm able to buy my first new car. Both times, the salesmen listened and helped to get me into a car that worked for me with a payment that I could afford. I wasn't sure I would have as good of an experience now that the dealership isn't a Sam Swope location, but it was as good if not better this time around! I hope not to have to buy a new car anytime in the near future, but if I do...I'll be back. More

Great salesperson; bad closing experience My salesperson was very helpful, even letting me test drive the car to my house to make sure it fit in my garage. However the finance person put the wrong VIN number on our paperwork, which we didn’t find out until the next day, after a 2 hour closing process. The salesperson was nice enough to come to my work to have me sign new paperwork the next day. More

(My first dealership experience ever) I was pleased on how helpful Damon was and he did everything he could to make it smooth and enjoyable. Very friendly and explained everything very well. It was actually a fun experience. Would definitely recommend Damon as the guy to talk to. He pulled the car into the service center for us to look under the car as well. First 5 oil changes were included at no additional cost and said he would ship us a bottle of touch up paint for a few tiny scratch marks we found on the car. Plus the lifetime power train warranty added peace of mind which was included on my 2012 civic. If anything breaks under that warranty, I only have to pay 100 dollars. I cant remember the name of the Lady I gave the payment too, but she was nice to work with and didnt try and force extra warranties on me. Over all excellent experience, well worth the hour and fifteen minute drive to Honda world. More
