Great service from all employees Got my oil changed. I worked with Lyndsee (I think) and she was great. Had to purchase wiper blades in the shop and the gentleman there (His last name Got my oil changed. I worked with Lyndsee (I think) and she was great. Had to purchase wiper blades in the shop and the gentleman there (His last name is Perez) was amazing and very informative. I went and asked a random employee if they could put my blades on my car as I didn’t know I could just replace the rubber and have never changed them. A very nice gentlemen was happy to put them on for me. It took no time to do. From start to finish, Lyndsee, the phenomenal gentleman in the accessories department (Mr. Perez) and the kind gentlemen who put the rubber on my wiper blades made the experience a great one. While I never look forward to my car being serviced, it’s nice to know that I’m taking it to a place where my vehicle concerns will be addressed. More

Good experience! Tom was great to work with, pleasant and no pressure. I definitely would work with him again. My only complaint would be that we we given the wrong 2nd key to my new car and had to return to get another made at a specific, which was inconvenient since I work full-time and we live 35 minutes away. Other than that issue, everything went great, especially when I ran into a financing issue with my insurance check. They worked with me to make sure I got the car I wanted. I would highly recommend Tom and this dealership. More

traded in my old honda for a new one I spoke with Josh Parker earlier in the week when I was in there getting a tire fixed. He told me about the trade in process they use. He also told me about my service needed on my present car. After talking to my husband we decided to look into getting a newer car. I called Josh who put me in touch with Marshall Dean, sales person. We met with Marshall and he showed us the car Josh had told me about and we instantly wanted it. Marshall was fantastic in telling us all about the car and process of getting it. We were in the shop with him about three hours but it was worth every minute. The finance gentleman was so very nice and thorough, I THINK his name was Rick Johnson, but he is the one who is happy to talk about his adorable grandson and has pictures everywhere in his office. My husband and I were so pleased with our experience at Honda World, I cannot see us ever going anywhere else. We have two teenagers who will be needing cars in the next couple years and I already know where I am going to get them, Honda World!!!! More
