Nick was very professional and to the point. He had it all done in about 30 minutes! I can't buy a pair of shoes that quick! I never felt pressured, and as I made tough decisions (used vs new; suv vs car; price, etc.) about my purchase, Marshall continued to listen, giving much needed support (not pushy advice about particular vehicles) that allowed me to fully understand my options. I also enjoyed talking to the finance manager. Though we had a deal to make, I felt welcomed and appreciated. Finally, the delivery assistant helped me understand features of my car (bluetooth, syncing, etc.). I already look forward to doing business here in the future!!! More
