Everyone was so helpful and friendly. It was like dealiing with friends. I have found nothing but professionalism in dealing with this dealership: 1) friendliness, competence and patience with all my questions and concerns by sales agent Lollie Reiss, 2) Kirk in service who this dealership: 1) friendliness, competence and patience with all my questions and concerns by sales agent Lollie Reiss, 2) Kirk in service who takes the time to educate about maintenance and service of the product, 3. Christian Parrilla, in Finance, took the time to explain all the options and to make this work for me. 4. Anthony Giangarra -was very thorough in his explanation and demonstration of the car's operation. You can tell he cares about making the customer comfortable to be able to drive out of the lot. All of these individuals had an amazing attitude towards excellence representing the dealership and caring about the individual buyer. Furthermore, I need to add the dealership, service areas and waiting areas are immaculate and customer friendly. They are truly one of a kind in that they offer training classes on the use of your vehicle. They are far and above other dealerships in the area for customer service. That being said it's nice to walk out of a dealership the day you want and barely plan to have a new car you love but there is something to be said for that feeling of being made to order. Yes, there is a lack of control, yes all car companies are trying to only make their luxury models for the price point(let's be honest) and the options are only the ones they give you on a sheet and negotiation is non existent T.T BUT if you get an OP sales person who keeps an eye on the sheet and keeps the customers in mind you could scoop a car whose birthday was less than a week before you go and scoop it from the dealership, and our whole process took about a month, technically like 3 weeks and two days which is actually SOLID for a made to order scenario. We only wish someone would have been able to go through the engine with us and had more specifics on the 'hybrid-ness specifics' of the car as both of us have only had gas chugger cars but the finance guy was honest and to the point, our sales guy was solid and aware and our lovely teach lady covered all the buttons and is available for any questions we find ourselves baffled with. This was a solid first car purchase experiance for my husband as well as in our marriage. Oh yeauh and they let us take pictures with a bow on the car <3 we got to pick the color and everything, it's the small things yall and this team cared enough to do those small things for us xD More

The purchase of the car went well, but then the salesman, the finance guy, and the genius guy all kept us occupied letting us know all the EXTRA stuff they have to sell. Let me pay for the car and get out of there. If I need something, I will call them. Don't know if other places are the same but for that reason alone, I will go elsewhere the next time. Sure they have been told to do it. Other than that, they were competent and helpful, but the extra sales stuff left a BAD taste in my mouth. More
