My transactions at Honda World of Conway (HWC) turned to be a happy experience, finally, sealed with the great helps from its general manager, Mr. J.D. Buying Honda cars usually means a concern-free experience for busy working people. Furthermore, the promotions offered at HWC attracted me over to buy my Civic Sport at HWC for the second time. Due to my limited time schedule, I had to push myself through the transaction on the day of purchasing, which is about 5 weeks ago from now. As a frugal customer, I asked my sale rep about the reward to a referrer ($100) after the transaction and complained about the high interest rate imposed upon me regardless my good credit score. While there was nothing could be done after the transaction, I caught the attention of Mr. J.D. via emails. I even complained to him about the minor defect in my first Honda car (one of the AC shifters was damaged) I purchased one year ago. Mr. J.D. reached out to me, listened to me, and offered great help to me. By exchanging information, including pictures, via emails and text messages for many times, Mr. J.D. revised my interest rate to a reasonably lower one, finalized the specific part needed, and, had the referral rewards check (yes, $200) sent to me by FedEx more than a week ago! What a wonderful experience I have had at HWC with Mr. J.D.! The management of Mr. J.D. at HWC is a perfect match with the Honda brand they represent at Conway. I am thankful to Mr. J.D., the general manager of HWC, for his great stewardship. For sure, my next car, whenever possible, will be purchase HWC. More
