Another example of outstanding customer service yesterday courtesy of the fine members of the Honda World Service Department. I have to give a shout out to Robert Skinner, my service advisor. He was very professional, very patience with my questions, and very knowledgeable in explaining the detailed inspection performed on my vehicle. Robert is the perfect example of what happens when a business or company takes the time to assemble an award winning team. I hope the management team rewards Robert with a free lunch and parking space for a month acknowledging the outstanding customer service Robert provided yesterday. His efforts do not go unnoticed !!!
