The experience was great. I was told my battery was bad. Tried to call to speak with someone at 9:30 was told by the computer I would get a call back next business day. At I was told my battery was bad. Tried to call to speak with someone at 9:30 was told by the computer I would get a call back next business day. At 11:00 left a message, 11:30 on hold. Finally after calling a few more times was able to speak to Robert. The text is great but wanted to talk about the battery before spending $375.00 but was able to. The tech said battery was 50% Robert said was bad. I didn’t have an issue with replacing the battery but would have liked to talk to someone. I am fully capable of replacing my own battery. I could have saved $80.00. But am glad to support Honda World. Just need a little better communication. More
