2018 HR-V from Honda World We recently bought my sister a new Honda HR-V from Honda World and salesman Ryan Anderson. Ryan was great to work with and made us feel comfortable wi We recently bought my sister a new Honda HR-V from Honda World and salesman Ryan Anderson. Ryan was great to work with and made us feel comfortable without being pressured. His manager Jim was also great. They worked with us to explain differences in leasing vs financing and worked with us on the price to match another dealer in town. The Honda Genius that worked with us on explaining the car and how it worked and available add ons was also great. The only negative was in finance when we questioned what made up the $599 dealer charge for completing paperwork and registering the car. This seemed a little steep and the finance guy was its a take it or leave it offer and would not offer any explanation. He even went as far as to claim they were losing money selling us the car. Overall Honda World is great and the sales team Ryan in particular were top notch, they just need to work on disclosing all the hidden fees upfront so there are not surprises in the end. More

Damon Hampton made buying a car a great experience. I had been looking for a vehicle for more than six months, and had talked to a good number of sales representatives. I found Damon to be both friendl I had been looking for a vehicle for more than six months, and had talked to a good number of sales representatives. I found Damon to be both friendly and knowledgeable. I came to the dealership to see a specific car I had found listed on line. He quickly arranged a drive and when we returned to the dealership, I bought the car, signed the paperwork and wrote a check. The next day I picked up my car. I spent less than 2.5 hours in total at the dealership. I really appreciate not wasting my time or his. I have told my friends and family who are looking for a vehicle ...talk to Damon. Very considerate and helpful Car shopping at Honda World was much more laid back and enjoyable than any other car lot I've visited. They have a wide selection to choose from so I Car shopping at Honda World was much more laid back and enjoyable than any other car lot I've visited. They have a wide selection to choose from so I was able to look around outside of the box of what I was looking for, but also get a feel for what I really wanted. Even though my first visit or two ended in not finding exactly what I was looking for, our dealer Jordan Baisas said he would keep me in mind over the next week and he found the perfect vehicle within a few days. And when my lack of provable income from bartending kept me from getting a good interest rate another dealer, Steve, called around the next day and helped me get an interest rate almost 5% lower. Overall I am very pleased with the vehicle, the staff and my experience and will definitely be reccomending them to friends and acquaintances in the future. More
