Great experience! I keep my vehicles until they are on their last leg. When I went in to Honda World Friday night I knew it was time to purchase a new car and not keep I keep my vehicles until they are on their last leg. When I went in to Honda World Friday night I knew it was time to purchase a new car and not keep putting it off. I had my Honda Accord for 12 years and knew I wanted to stay with an Accord but had no idea which Accord would be best for me. Marshall was absolutely great! I told him I wanted an Accord and I knew I wanted it black - other than that I had no clue! He went through all of the trim packages with me first and then took several sets of keys out to the lot and walked around showing me different trim packages and the pros and cons of each. He had great knowledge of the vehicles, confidence in what he was talking about, and was very patient with me as I asked many questions. Marshall made the car buying experience easy and enjoyable. I would recommend him as a Salesman to anyone anytime they are in the business to purchase a vehicle. He is a huge asset to Honda world! More

Wonderful, personalized customer service. Chris, Jordan and the manager Mark were all so helpful when I came in to buy an Accord. Jordan and Chris spent a ton of time with me to figure out whi Chris, Jordan and the manager Mark were all so helpful when I came in to buy an Accord. Jordan and Chris spent a ton of time with me to figure out which car was best for my budget and preferences. Mark was sure to check on us frequently as well. Things I loved: Every car goes through a proper inspection so you know that it has recently been serviced. Jordan also gave me the CarFax, discussed the vehicle history with me and pointed out key factors that affected my ultimate decision. You also can't beat their warranty, and there is a service center (with a comfortable waiting lounge) on-site which I will be using from now on! They also let me check out and drive as many options as I needed without pressuring me. *My ONLY negative comment would be the amount of time we spent waiting on the financing and contract-signing after I chose my car. But, it was a Sunday and they had less staff on-site, so I think that was why. I honestly can't wait to go back in a few years for my next Honda World upgrade. Thanks guys! More
