Wonderful, personalized customer service. Chris, Jordan and the manager Mark were all so helpful when I came in to buy an Accord. Jordan and Chris spent a ton of time with me to figure out whi Chris, Jordan and the manager Mark were all so helpful when I came in to buy an Accord. Jordan and Chris spent a ton of time with me to figure out which car was best for my budget and preferences. Mark was sure to check on us frequently as well. Things I loved: Every car goes through a proper inspection so you know that it has recently been serviced. Jordan also gave me the CarFax, discussed the vehicle history with me and pointed out key factors that affected my ultimate decision. You also can't beat their warranty, and there is a service center (with a comfortable waiting lounge) on-site which I will be using from now on! They also let me check out and drive as many options as I needed without pressuring me. *My ONLY negative comment would be the amount of time we spent waiting on the financing and contract-signing after I chose my car. But, it was a Sunday and they had less staff on-site, so I think that was why. I honestly can't wait to go back in a few years for my next Honda World upgrade. Thanks guys! More

We were welcomed but most of all she intently listened to our concerns and budget limits. she clearly listed each of the cost items up front so there was no confusion on the deal we were wanting to make. We did not experience the expected back and forth discussions that would usually at other car dealerships but she demonstrated to us that she respected our time. Great Diagnosis! I have used Honda World to maintenance all my cars. This time is no exception. I had to be toed in to the dealership. Ugh! I was met by Josh Swa I have used Honda World to maintenance all my cars. This time is no exception. I had to be toed in to the dealership. Ugh! I was met by Josh Swartz as soon as I arrived. He listened to all my concerns and my preliminary notes and he actually wrote them down on the service ticket. He did not make a judgement call about what he thought the problem was but instead told me about their approach for diagnosis of the problem. He gave me an estimated time of completing and told me he would text and email me when things were progressing. He called me with the diagnosis and cost of repair. He completed the work right on time. What was most impressive is that I was pushing for a repair on my AC and he said that he would look into it and later recommended that that service NOT be completed since in all their tests t was working at peak performance.
