Process was easy; however, I was made to wait for over forty minutes for “paperwork” to be brought up (rates and service agreement). Post purchase, the vehicle had a head light AND a tail light out. With this covid every where, signs on your door put on face mask, I as well as other customers followed the rules. I was upset waiting and seeing office lady's walking around no mask on, also some guys fr face mask, I as well as other customers followed the rules. We were told the recalls would take 1.5 hours to complete when we made the appointment. The work took over 2.5 hours to finish. We had to push back other appointments we had for the day.
