Dealership needs a thorough cleaning job. The fabric on the lobby & service area chairs is filthy! Office walls need cleaned or painted. Unfortunately I did not have the best car shopping experience that every buyer wishes to have. The sales guy was very nice but I had a bad experience with the rest of the staff. 1. Sales person was very nice but miscommunicated with the sales manager. We asked for minor fixes to our car and he agreed to fix them after the sale. We only got part of our minor fixes because the sales manager thought the sales person told him something else. 2. The repair man , Ted, was very hard to get ahold of. It took 2 full months to fix my minor issues. On top of that, he did a terrible job that I could have done myself. I called Ted about 8 times during a 2 month period and he only answered twice. The two times that he answered, he was unfriendly and kept pushing our repair date. If was Honda I would probably get a different person. He was the guy I had the worst experience with. 3. Aaron Warren did our financing. As soon as we entered his office he offered us extended warranty. He kept telling us different reasons to get it and kept laugh-smiling every time we said that we didn’t need it. Finally he went from 4k to 2.5k for the same extended warranty so we decided to purchase it and think about it since he said we had 1 month to cancel. When we decided to cancel and be had an annoyed face during this process. 4. I had to contact Doug in order to sort my minor issues. I typically don’t write bad reviews but I had the feeling to do it this time because the bad experience I had. I feel like everything was nice and happy until they sold the car to me. It went downhill real quick after the sale. It was very hard to get the same customer service that I had while I was buying the vehicle. I would have given a 1-star review if it wasn’t for the good customer experience I had with the sales guy and because I’m actually enjoying my new vehicle. While I wrote a bad review, I hope customer service improves at this dealer because it has the potential to be better. More

This is the second CRV lease I have gotten at this dealership. Both times they have been friendly, efficient and professional. For my wife and I it was a great experience. Your staff showed really interest in making sure we were well served and that we had a very good deal.
