We have bought many, many used cars in our adult life and never been treated so . Your finance manager, Dan, needs to be reviewed on customer service. We have bought many, many used cars in our adult life and never been treated so poorly. It can not be unusual that customers deny all the additional packages, oil changes, extra warranties, etc... Dan knew we were denying all the additional packages but still attempted to sell. Which we expected. However, even after he greatly reduced the prices and was still declined, he aggressively hit the delete button on his keyboard to adjust the paperwork. His demeanor changed 100%, as if this was the first time he had been declined. Clearly he makes a bonus or commission on the additional sales. This was my daughters first experience purchasing a car and it was so uncomfortable and unprofessional that I had to apologize to her once we got in the car. We were pressed for time as she has returned to college. Had we had more time we would have walked out of your dealership and found a Honda Civic elsewhere. More
