He made sure I got the car that best fit my needs. Josh Beving (finance manager) worked diligently to get the best financing for me at a rate I could live with. There was a little misunderstanding with my lease end after the purchase, but Josh resolved it quickly and to my satisfaction. This is my third Accord from Honda of Ames, and I have always used their service department. Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. I highly recommend them. More

Together they were able to get me a lower payment than my original lease with more features on my Civic. We had a lot of laughs and they are so helpful and understanding of what it means to work within a budget. No pressure to get something more expensive-in fact the exact opposite! I have never had a better experience and as long as they work there they will have me and my daughter as customers as well as anyone else we can talk into going. You guys are helpful, understanding, tolerant ;-), and so much fun! I really cannot say enough good things about my car leasing experience with you! Kudos to Ames Honda We have never purchased a vehicle other than in my local area where I knew the dealer and/or salesperson & honestly had some reservations to begin wit We have never purchased a vehicle other than in my local area where I knew the dealer and/or salesperson & honestly had some reservations to begin with but we were unable to find the vehicle we wanted locally so we took a chance on a long distance purchase. I have to say everything we were told by our sales person who contacted us following our initial inquiry regarding a vehicle which was already sold, was accurate & truthful. Aaron notified us that there was another vehicle on order by his dealership that was the exact model & color we wanted. We were very pleased with Aaron Warren's service & expertise who went out of his way along with Scott Mattis in the finance dept, after normal business hours to make sure we were able to successfully complete the purchase upon making the 1.5 hour trip to Ames late one evening. More
