Buying a car is one of the things I hate most which is why I drove my 15 yr old 280,000 mile car on to their lot. I figured it was time to upgrade. He put me at ease. Not pushy at all. He let me test drive a lot of cars and let me go home and think about it. While test driving my now Jeep he jokingly said if I buy this burnt orange Jeep with poo brown interior he would paint his front door the orange color and take a picture standing next to it in his brown shirt. Poor man had no idea who he was talking to. I LOVE ORANGE! So I am now waiting for my lovely picture. 🧡 Thank you to everyone who made that day so wonderful. Excellent Customer Service During a rest stop in Walla Walla on a recent road trip, my new Honda Pilot that had less than 4,000 miles on it, had an electronic board system failu During a rest stop in Walla Walla on a recent road trip, my new Honda Pilot that had less than 4,000 miles on it, had an electronic board system failure. The Honda Dealership in Walla Walla was willing to fix my Pilot, however, it was going to take 2 days to get it fixed. I contacted Sims Honda over 300 miles away and in a matter of minutes, Bobby spoke to the manager of the dealership in Walla Walla and arranged for me to get a loaner vehicle. By 10pm on that same night, we were reunited with our group and were able to complete the road trip all together. I had my car back in Mount Vernon within a couple of days after the road trip was over. Again, this was all arranged by Bobby. Bobby made this transaction as easy and stressless as possible.
