Treated like family I went in for my routine oil change and tire rotation. I learned that my tires also needed to be aligned and balanced. Watch out...only care about the sale Terrible experience from the get-go...sales person was new and yet could not get anything confirmed. Have taken new Accord in three times for recalls Terrible experience from the get-go...sales person was new and yet could not get anything confirmed. Have taken new Accord in three times for recalls that required 2+ days of wait time to fix/repair defective part and each time getting the Service Dept to answer and return my calls has been an exercise in futility. To make matters worse, each different person that speak with at the dealership comes across like they could care less what our problem is now that they've sold us the car- This includes the service manager and over all dealership manager. Stay away as this dealership is only concerned with selling your cars and not taking care of the bad ones they've sold to people. More
