I cant think of any other dealership that would go the extra mile as this one. This is the 3rd vehicle I've purchased from Corey (all Ridgelines). The 2014 was a real challenge in that they had to go all the way to Colorado to find the one I wanted. Corey never gave up. The 2017 was also a challenge. Per my specifications, the all white exterior with black interior RTL-E series was not to be found. They ended up having made at the factory and I picked it up on 2/15/17. Service Advisor Mark Duncan and mechanics Joe and Tom consulted with me to solve an engine repair that Economy Honda of Chattanooga said they woul Service Advisor Mark Duncan and mechanics Joe and Tom consulted with me to solve an engine repair that Economy Honda of Chattanooga said they would not do but would replace the engine for $3550.00 after charging me a $150.00 diagnostic fee! I'm grateful and thankful that Mark, Joe, and Tom wanted to and were willing to solve my problem! I even had additional service work done. A loaner car was provided while the work was done. Now, I'm "On The Road Again" in the best car I can have: one that's paid for and runs! More
