Excellent experience I brought my Honda Fit to Honda of Cleveland as it was under recall for an problem with the airbag. Mark Duncan, Roger Russell, and William Oltz were I brought my Honda Fit to Honda of Cleveland as it was under recall for an problem with the airbag. Mark Duncan, Roger Russell, and William Oltz were professional and friendly and the airbag was replaced quickly. We drove from quite a distance away, so were very grateful for the friendly reception and how we were made comfortable during our weight. I was particularly thrilled that the staff are so dog friendly and most warmly welcomed my service dog as well. More
