I know this is a small issue and the battery did last 3 years but that is not what the warranty states. I understand how proration works as well. This is simply an example of a company trying to make it difficult on the customer so they do not have to pay on a warranty.previously I was told they will also charge labor on a battery install (that was supposed to be under warranty)! We used to own 3 Hondas but will never buy another because of multiple warranty issues on all of them. Honda has mislead me for the last time! More

The staff was very friendly and after it was determined that it was time for a more det I brought my car in to be serviced and decided to wait on it. The staff was very friendly and after it was determined that it was time for a more detail preventive maintenance; they offered a loaner vehicle for me to go run some errands while this service was being done. Contrary to belief, the cost was very reasonable and I felt like it was worth every penny spent. VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!! More

Comfort in knowing Our maintenance light came on in our car. It was time to get it serviced. My wife and I had to work so we had no option but to send our youngest son Our maintenance light came on in our car. It was time to get it serviced. My wife and I had to work so we had no option but to send our youngest son down to the dealership with our car. I called Mark Duncan who I have dealt with in the past to let him know the situation and to schedule the appointment. Mark called me when my son got there. He called me again when it was finished.
