Like the good ole' days!! I recently traded in my older Honda Odyssey for a newer one. That experience was great! We worked with Adam Bliss and he was not pushy, I never got the feeling he was trying to "sell me" on the car, and he simply answered my questions and allowed ME to make MY decision. I appreciate that so much! It seems like everyone, everywhere is always trying to convince me of what I need, rather than helping me. I was thrilled with that part of the process but the following events were so impressive to me. We were having a roof rack installed on the new car and they were running later than expected (and part of that was my fault). I had left my car seats in the car, thinking I would have the car back in time to pick up the babies from daycare. Since they were running late, Adam felt bad about it, loaded my car seats in his car, and drove them to me...personally. I can't express to him how impressed I was by that. I don't mean to sound like a bitter old lady, but people don't make you feel like they care anymore about inconveniencing you. I didn't even ask him to do this. He did that on his own. The final impressive moment was that I realized I had lost a very important pendant. I thought it could be in the car that I had traded in. I thought there was no chance at all that I would ever see it again. But the gentleman who detailed my car found it, turned it into Adam, and Adam returned it to me!! I can truly say that this experience was just like the good ole' days...the days when they were respectful, they cared, they put my comfort before their own, and they were absolutely and completely honest. I am thrilled and will return to Adam Bliss with Honda of Columbia with every Honda purchase I make from now on!! More

RUN AWAY! Purchased my car here in May and experienced exceptional customer service. Once I informed the salesman I lived in another state, they reassured me that I wouldn't have any problems with taking care of maintenance for my car under the 30K miles warranty. This was a TOTAL LIE! I took my car for the first servicing on 9/19, called the dealership to let them know I was experiencing difficulty at my local Honda dealership in DC (they could not see that I had purchased the Car Car Plan). The finance guy had a very nasty attitude as if I was a burden; when in fact HE was the one who told me I wouldn't have any issues (they'll tell you anything to get the sale). I was told to pay out of pocket for the cost and the dealership would reimburse me as well as find a local dealer in the area who accepted the JAA Warranty. I sent an e-mail and receipt showing I paid and asked for a follow-up as soon as possible. Days passed and I received no follow-up or any communication from the dealership. I decided to call the General Sales Manager and spoke with him. Nice guy over the phone, reassured me this had to be a hiccup with the finance guy because he's usually 100% for customer service. The finance guy called 5 mins after getting off of the phone with the General Sales Manager and stated he was in contact with the Rep in my area and would have information for me soon. Days passed again......nothing. I finally called the General Sales Manager again a week and one day following the initial call with the problem. He did not answer and I left a voicemail. The next day I received a call from the JAA Rep which was bittersweet. 1. Why didn't the finance guy or General Sales Manager follow-up to let me know my information was going to be passed over after telling me they would get back with me? 2. This is awful customer service. It's amazing to see how these guys were when selling me my vehicle verses how they are when there's a problem. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION! More

D'warren provided me a deal after the test drive that was $1,800 different that we agreed to. He brought his service manager Asten over, denied agreeing to our price, and Asten supported him. I understand Asten isn't going to lose money on the deal, no business is in it to lose money, but to back up an employee who blatantly lied to get me to drive down and beat me up over $1,800 is dishonest and just pitiful. I took my business elsewhere and will not be visiting this dealership again. More

In the past my dad has found my cars and I just had to pay for them. We worked directly with Betsy to select the vehicle. We originally looked at used cars to replace my 2000 Honda Accord but ultimately settled on a 2017 Honda Civic. Betsy answered all of our questions and was very patient and didn't make us feel pressured whatsoever to make a purchase. Once we selected the car we came back the following day to actually make the purchase and worked with Jeff Joseph on securing the financing. He was very professional, friendly, and showed his love and dedication to his job. He answered every single one of our questions and even complimented us on our ability to purchase a new car at a young age. We plan to replace my husband's car in the next few years for a bigger family car and we will definitely be back! More
