Robert Burgess responded quickly and called me back within 5 minutes stating the CR-V was still there. We drove 75 minutes hoping the vehicle would be as described online. Robert took his time with us and made sure all of our questions where answered. We purchased the CR-V and drove it home. This dealership seemed easy to deal with during negotiations and didn't use any pressure tactics. The paperwork did take longer than anticipated but it was a Saturday and they where busy. I can't speak for any service department issues with this dealership since we have not used that part of the dealership. More

I purchased my other car from Midlands Honda, but I am glad and pleased with Honda cars of Columbia. Dave was so patient with me throughout the whole experience. He was very friendly and helpful. He even followed up after I bought the car to see how things were going. Horace was great also in helping me find financing that was in my price range. A week later, I felt I needed to bring my car back in for a concern i had and Robert Cooper was great about listening to my concerns and had the problem looked into and corrected. So far I have no further problems. I will definitely be referring other Honda lovers and just "regular" people to them! Thank you Honda of Columbia! More
