Robert was a first class professional and within minutes he brought the car to the front of the store. We looked it over and took it for a test drive. The BMW X3 was in excellent condition and was exactly the car we were looking for. We went inside and within a few minutes the deal was made, we wrote a check and left very happy with the car and the experience of purchasing it at Honda with great help from Robert.
