The sales person Axel needed to check the car over and make sure all was in working order. This could have been done while I was in the finance dept for almost 45 minutes. When I got home with the car a make sure all was in working order. This could have been done while I was in the finance dept for almost 45 minutes. When I got home with the car a windshield wiper was missing. We came back and they put it on. However they didn’t verify it worked. When I got in the car I tried the wipers and the one they put on flew off. lol. It was really crazy. Everyone was very nice though and it was overall a good experience. I would recommend your dealership. I would also recommend you get banker boxes for people to transfer their belongings from one car to the next. Great advertising opportunities on that box too. We hadn’t expected to drive a new car home and we had lots of little stuff to move from one car to the other. In my experience at dealerships, I think the actual final transfer of the car really lacks any customer service. I am basically handed the keys of a car I’d never driven before. It would be nice to have somebody walk-through you know starting of the car, where the important items are, how to turn on the navigation, etc. that seems to be missing. This is the second biggest purchase in your life behind your house. A little TLC goes a long way. Axel was great. Just wished he’d checked over the card. But it was at the end of the night. I think with a little more training on customer service he’d be awesome. More
