They tried to scam me. Went in for a car priced at $16,000. Was told that they purposely aggressively price their cars and make money through finance. Roughly $52,000 for a car priced at $16,000. Made claims that gap insurance and their warranty’s were “mandatory” and they couldn’t take them off. After 5 hours, they admitted they were lying and lowered the price. All around, wasted 5 hours of my time and lied to me for hours on end. More

The team at Fort Myers Honda were totally professional, Rafael was great, paitient and Steve gave me a great deal & had me out the door in no time. Mike in finance was also incredibly helpful, so nice, his wife's baked cookies were ahmazing!!! We had an appointment but had to wait 20 min for our sales rep then finally told the front desk we would talk to anyone, so we sat with a different rep for 15 min. I had to text our sales rep to make sure they did not forget about us as he left us alone waiting for him. Then when we were done we had to get our own keys and put on our own plate. The whole sales floor seemed more of a social club than people there to give any type of customer service. More
