I purchased my 2011 Honda Pilot from Frank Kent Honda a few months ago and have been nothing but impressed from the very first moment. My initial contact was via internet and worked with Sheri Ballard prim few months ago and have been nothing but impressed from the very first moment. Sheri worked very hard to answer all of my questions in a timely fashion and obtained the exact vehicle I wanted, even though it wasn't on the Frank Kent lot. I had some email contact from a salesperson at another Honda dealership and he was very unprofessional and would never give me a straight answer. I appreciated and valued Sheri's honest answers and straight forward pricing. She was very thorough in her explanations and yet still friendly. In short, I loved working with Sheri and absolutely enjoyed my car buying experience at Frank Kent. Even in follow-up care of my vehicle, all of the staff have been tremendously friendly and professional. She was able to give me a total price including all requested accessories, tax, title, fees, etc... when other dealerships wanted to play games and would only give me the total price if I came into the dealership. Sheri was very polite and friendly. She understood my needs/wants and delivered flawlessly including having me "pre-qualify" for financing so that time at the dealership on closing day was kept short as I requested. We will be looking to purchase my husband a new car next year. We will most definitely be purchasing from Sheri at Frank Kent. More

There are dealers closer to my home than Frank Kent, but not of the same obvious quality and pride in service! It's a shame I had to travel the extra distance, but it was worth it!
