Staff was nice, showroom was very dirty, empty cups, water bottles in the floor of salespersons desk. Didn’t receive a delivery once over on my new vehicle, my sales person disappeared for most of my water bottles in the floor of salespersons desk. I got a flat tire on my Honda passport. I went to the dealership to ask him to put a patch in the tire because it had a plug and they refused and I paid for the extra service. They told me I went to the dealership to ask him to put a patch in the tire because it had a plug and they refused and I paid for the extra service. They told me I had to tow the car there. I told him how can I tow it if I was in New York at the time or they told me you should have took the tire off and brought the tire with them the mail to us which is ridiculous. I didn't ask for a new tire. All I asked was for them to put a patch in. The service has been lousy and I bought a 2026 Honda passport fully loaded and this is how I was treated More
