Recent customer service experience for a recalled part, was professional and relatively fast. My representative was pleasant, professional and informative without applying pressure. All too often it seems was professional and relatively fast. My representative was pleasant, professional and informative without applying pressure. All too often it seems, I go in for a simple issue and I walk out feeling if I don't spend a small fortune on 'suggested' maintanance, my car will decinergrate. I did not feel this way on my visit.
