My car was delivered 02/03/22, I had a flat tire 02/07/22. The service technician up sold me a four wheel alignment on a 4 day old vehicle. I didn’t know that my car didn’t need an alignment until m 02/07/22. The service technician up sold me a four wheel alignment on a 4 day old vehicle. I didn’t know that my car didn’t need an alignment until my nephew who is a service technician told me the technician upsold me the alignment for the hours. I didn’t receive an alignment spec sheet when I picked up my car. My nephew told me the car most likely never saw the alignment rack since it didn’t have a spec sheet. He told me the car is so new and just having a flat tire alone doesn’t require a 4 wheel alignment unless the car shakes or pulls going down the road. I don’t trust the service department anymore. I was also told the car would be returned after service with a full tank of gas, the stipulation that I didn’t know, was I had to leave a 5 star review. the service advisor even told me to make sure I don’t fill my tank before bringing the car in for service. I never tank of gas. More
