Charged me $200 for a diagnostic when I asked for an estimate. Couldn't be friendlier, cleaner, or better at their job, but prices are ridiculous and language loopholes to take my money make me not want estimate. I arrived five minutes early for my 11am appointment. No one greeted me for 15-20 minutes. I had made the oil change appointment and said I was waiting for my car. I was told the wait would be a minimum of one greeted me for 15-20 minutes. I had made the oil change appointment and said I was waiting for my car. I bought a car from them on June 23. I still have not received my title (paid in full at dealership) and my temporary registration is about to run out. I have called, left messages, sent emails, and cha received my title (paid in full at dealership) and my temporary registration is about to run out. I have called, left messages, sent emails, and chatted with the online presence for several days now and have heard nothing back from them save for a message asking when I was free to come and look at cars and for them to have a chance to earn my business. Clearly they are happy to take your money but after that, nothing. No communication, no help, no customer service. Buyer beware, this place is a waste of your time. More
