Cole was pleasant and thorough. Made an appointment in advanced arrived before scheduled time of 7:30 am and oil change was not completed until 9:30 I also had free oil changes on my vehicle previous ve advanced arrived before scheduled time of 7:30 am and oil change was not completed until 9:30 I also had free oil changes on my vehicle previous vehicle purchased and was told by my salesman that I would have the same coverage for the new one This was not honored when questioned a gentleman in the office he said unless I had something in writing he couldn’t no anything when I told him I had to wait 2 hours he didn’t say anything. Very unhappy at this point More
