Not a good experience. My appt was originally set up for 9:30 on the phone. Email said 10:00, the appt in the email said 10:30. I called at 11:00 and the person had no idea I had the appt. sent someone 20 9:30 on the phone. Email said 10:00, the appt in the email said 10:30. I called at 11:00 and the person had no idea I had the appt. sent someone 20 mins later to pick up my car and leave a rental, but the rental was not known by the person picking it up. More
