The dealership notes a specific problem with the steering under the driver side and quoted me a much more reasonable repair price whereas another dealership had informed me of fluid leaking but quoted me a l under the driver side and quoted me a much more reasonable repair price whereas another dealership had informed me of fluid leaking but quoted me a little more than twice the amount than I received here. I had worked with Eric Weaver on this particular service exchange and was greeted warmly by him. We discussed which fluid flushes I wanted to do that day based on what was recommended during a previous oil change with him and was able to meet what was originally quoted in the beginning of our session. He’s a pleasure to work with and look forward to working with him again. More
